PET Woven Geotextile is manufactured from 100% high-tenacity polyester yarns using precision weaving and warp-knitting technologies. This construction produces a high-modulus geosynthetic with tensile strength reaching up to 1000 kN/m in the machine direction and 50 kN/m in the cross direction, while maintaining elongation as low as 10%. The robust yarn structure ensures consistent mechanical performance under extreme loads, making it particularly suitable for reinforcement applications involving coarse rock fills and heavy embankments. The wide panel width of 5.2 meters further enhances material efficiency and reduces installation complexity on large project sites.

Integrated Soil Stabilization and Hydraulic Function
This woven geotextile functions as a multi-purpose geosynthetic layer that addresses three critical engineering requirements simultaneously. As a reinforcement element, it distributes structural loads across soft subsoils, improving bearing capacity and global stability for roads, railways, parking areas, and service platforms. As a separation layer, it prevents the migration of fine soil particles into coarse aggregate backfills, maintaining the structural integrity and drainage characteristics of the overlying material. As a filtration medium, it allows water to flow freely perpendicular to the plane while blocking soil particle passage, protecting hydraulic structures, drainage trenches, and shoreline protection systems from clogging and erosion.
